Reflection

Paul says bring everything to God by prayer and petition. You don't have to tidy up your longing before you pray it. Tell Him the real request, tears included, and let His peace meet you there.

Lord, here is my longing, as it is. Help me pray honestly and breathe when the waiting is heavy.
