My health matters to God, every part of it.

A Bible affirmation for healing, rooted in 3 John 1:2.

Beloved, I pray that in every way you may prosper and enjoy good health, as your soul also prospers.

3 John 1:2 · BSB

Reflection

John's wish for his friend is simple: that he would be well in body as his soul is well. Taking your health seriously, seeing a doctor, resting, eating well, isn't unspiritual.

A prayer

God, care for my whole life. Lead me to the healing, wisdom and help I need.
