Lord, establish the work of my hands.

A Bible affirmation for your career, rooted in Psalm 90:17.

May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish for us the work of our hands - yes, establish the work of our hands!

Psalm 90:17 · BSB

Reflection

Moses makes this request twice, as if once wasn't enough. After a whole psalm about how short life is, he asks God to make his work last. You can pray the same over your work today.

A prayer

Lord, establish the work of my hands. Make my work fruitful, honest and lasting.
