I'm not facing this alone. God will strengthen me and hold me up.

A Bible affirmation for self doubt, rooted in Isaiah 41:10.

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will surely help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10 · BSB

Reflection

God makes three promises in one breath: I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you. You don't have to feel strong to take the next step. You have to trust the One doing the holding.

A prayer

Father, I don't feel capable today. Strengthen me and hold me up.
