Verses for Postpartum

Jesus doesn't add to my load. His burden is light.

A Bible affirmation for postpartum, rooted in Matthew 11:30.

For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

Matthew 11:30 · BSB

Reflection

The weeks after a baby can feel like a stack of expectations: bounce back, do it all, love every minute. Jesus' yoke is easy and His burden is light. Anything heavier than that isn't from Him.

A prayer

Jesus, take off the expectations that aren't from You. Let me carry only Your light burden.
