Verses for Motivation

I'm handing my plans to God and getting to work.

A Bible affirmation for motivation, rooted in Proverbs 16:3.

Commit your works to the LORD and your plans will be achieved.

Proverbs 16:3 · BSB

Reflection

The Hebrew word for commit literally means to roll. You roll your plans onto God, like shifting a load you were carrying. Then you work, trusting Him with the outcome.

A prayer

God, I'm rolling my plans onto You. Reshape them if You need to, and help me work faithfully.
