The One who is in me is greater than anything I'm facing.

A Bible affirmation for confidence, rooted in 1 John 4:4.

You, little children, are from God and have overcome them, because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

1 John 4:4 · BSB

Reflection

John wrote to believers being pulled around by false teachers and confusion. His reassurance: greater is He who is in you. You don't face hard things in your own strength. You face them with God living in you.

A prayer

Holy Spirit, remind me that You're greater than what I'm facing today.
