Verses for Overthinking

Worrying won't add an hour to my life. Trusting God adds peace.

A Bible affirmation for overthinking, rooted in Matthew 6:27.

Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

Matthew 6:27 · BSB

Reflection

Jesus asks a practical question: has worry ever changed the outcome? It doesn't lengthen life. It just shortens peace. And He adds that your Father already knows what you need.

A prayer

Father, You already know what I need. Help me stop rehearsing what I can't control.
