Verses for Overthinking

I can turn my overthinking into prayer.

A Bible affirmation for overthinking, rooted in Philippians 4:6.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Reflection

Paul doesn't just say stop worrying. He gives you something to do instead: take each worry, turn it into a request, add thanks, and hand it to God. The thoughts you can't stop thinking can become the prayers you start praying.

A prayer

God, here's what I keep replaying. I'm turning it into a prayer and leaving it with You.
