Verses for Overthinking

I can stop striving and remember who God is.

A Bible affirmation for overthinking, rooted in Psalm 46:10.

“Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted over the earth.”

Psalm 46:10 · BSB

Reflection

Be still can also be translated cease striving. It's less a soft suggestion than a firm interruption. When your mind is racing, God says: enough. Know that I am God.

A prayer

God, interrupt my racing mind. Let me be still and know You.
