1 Corinthians 12:4-6 | Bible Verse and Affirmation for Purpose

There are different gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different ministries, but the same Lord. There are different ways of working, but the same God works all things in all people.

1 Corinthians 12:4-6 · BSB

Reflection

Paul wrote to a church where people compared gifts and felt superior or inferior. His answer: different gifts, same Spirit. You don't need someone else's gift to have a purpose. You need yours.

A prayer

Holy Spirit, help me stop comparing and start using the gift You gave me.
