I hold my plans loosely and my calling tightly.

A Bible affirmation for purpose, rooted in Proverbs 16:3.

Commit your works to the LORD and your plans will be achieved.

Proverbs 16:3 · BSB

Reflection

Committing your works to the Lord doesn't mean giving up on your dreams. It means letting God refine your motives and establish what's truly from Him. Some plans He'll confirm. Some He'll redirect.

A prayer

Lord, take my plans and shape them. Confirm what's from You and redirect what isn't.
