Verses for a Heavy Mind

My mind can be made new. Old patterns don't get the last word.

A Bible affirmation for a heavy mind, rooted in Romans 12:2.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.

Romans 12:2 · BSB

Reflection

Paul says transformation comes through the renewing of the mind. That's daily work: noticing a thought, holding it up to what God says, and choosing again. It isn't one big moment. It's a thousand small ones.

A prayer

God, renew my mind today, one thought at a time. Show me which patterns aren't from You.
