Verses for Being Present

If God feeds the birds, He'll take care of me.

A Bible affirmation for being present, rooted in Matthew 6:26.

Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or reap or gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

Matthew 6:26 · BSB

Reflection

Jesus points at birds that don't plant or harvest, and yet they eat. He wasn't telling people to stop working. He was telling them to stop worrying. You are worth more to God than many birds.

A prayer

Father, help me look at the birds today and remember how You care for me.
