My days are counted, so I want to spend them well.

A Bible affirmation for being present, rooted in Psalm 90:12.

So teach us to number our days, that we may present a heart of wisdom.

Psalm 90:12 · BSB

Reflection

This is the only psalm credited to Moses, who watched a whole generation pass away in the wilderness. He doesn't ask for more time. He asks for a wise heart with the time he has.

A prayer

Teach me to count my days, Lord, so I spend them on what matters.
